We will never go back and I will not ever tell people not to but I will say go at your own risk. Obviously the general manager could care less about his customers and the quality of the food they put out. They’ve lost our business and quite a few other people’s business from what I understand. I am a regular customer and never ever have I had wet doughy fried oysters on my salad or when I get the entrée. That was the manager per her She called me back and said that the general manager said that’s how they cook it. I sent pictures and a video of the food to the young manager per her request. You couldn’t even pick them up because the part that supposed to be fried was gooey and slipped out of your hands. Being that I order the same thing for dinner and so does my husband, when I got it home the fried oysters were wet, mushy, and doughy. In the last several months, the quality of the food has gone down immensely. From fish on a bun to fish and chips, poke in a bowl to oysters on-the-half-shell, our menu runs the gamut of thoughtfully-prepared, healthy, and sustainable dishes served indoors or outdoors, year-round (except on Tuesdays). I order lunch at least every other week and get. First come, first served no reservations needed. My husband and I both work downtown and order at least once a week from Flying Fish Memphis. We’ve been going to this place since the doors opened and never had an experience like this.

It was burned on one side and soft on the other, and the sandwich was in such disarray that it looked like it was made from a distance of 5 feet with dressings thrown at it, and whatever hit is was fine, because it just wasn't complete, half the sandwich missing what makes it a sandwich! It didn't have enough of anything and I almost broke out laughing from disgust. Even with this horrendously ridiculous spacing between the meat, there was still at least 1/3 of the bun with no protein and very limited amount of salad. and numerous Countries that specialize in the type of sandwiches they serve, and this was without equal on the saddest sandwich with the 4 tiniest bits of meat I have ever seen. I got the Grouper Sandwich and he got Catfish, and I almost fell over when I saw the tab for $44! I have been to 48 of the 50 states, 4 Continents.
